“As Service Desk employee, my days are never the same. We start with a nice cup of coffee, making sure we’re up to date about everyones activities. Meanwhile, I organise my desk, so that I can get to work as soon as the lines open. I answer calls from guests and locations (hotels and parks), but also make sure emails are answered, reviews are checked, reservations are processed and new projects get started. Whatever task I get appointed that day, together we strive to deliver great and fast service.”
