What will you be doing?

As an intern, you will land in a dynamic environment in which the optimization and creating a flow within many business processes are very important. Together we will be looking to find the most optimal way of setting up new, and improving current processes. Your work will have a direct impact on the company results and it gives you the perfect headstart to pitch your ideas within our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) cycle!

Roles and Responsibilities:

An internship Business Process Optimization includes the following:

• Mapping out and visualizing business processes through gathering of hard and soft data (interviews, numbers, and process diagrams).
• Analyzing existing processes and identifying potential areas for improvement.
• Active collaboration with various departments to gain in-depth understanding of the organization, to potentially help you validate model output or gathered data.
• Formulating feasible improvements and presenting these improvements within the Objective and Key Results (OKR) cycle.
• Collaborating with colleagues to support and monitor the implementation of improvements.
• Reporting progress and results to relevant stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

• You are a university student in the field of Business Administration, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Affinity for business processes and improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, independent, and results-oriented attitude.
• We’ll properly guide you during your internship but do expect you to be a self-starter. Something isn’t working out for you? Let us know and together we’ll make sure you get on your way again to turn your time with us a success.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Proficient in English, proficiency in Dutch will help you on your journey here, though isn’t a must.
